LOCK N GO Smart Locker Service

Welcome to the Lock N Go website and service portal. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the automated smart locker services ("Service") provided by D7 Solutions at our physical installation corners (including M Avenue, Marrakech, and other coming locations across Morocco).

By accessing our website, scanning the on-site QR codes, or operating any Lock N Go smart locker, you ("User") agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the lockers or the website. Please read carefully the following :

  1. Description of Service & User Compliance

    D7 Solutions provides automated storage solutions through electronic smart locker kiosks branded as Lock N Go. The service is fully digital, autonomous, and operates 24/7. Use of the lockers is conditional upon full availability, compliance with these terms, on-site signage, and local regulations.

  2. Strictly Prohibited Items & Restrictions

    The User explicitly agrees that the lockers shall only be used for standard, non-hazardous personal effects. Storage of the following categories of items is strictly prohibited:

    A. Hazardous Materials

    • Flammables & Explosives: Lighters, fuel, fireworks, matches, aerosols, or ammunition.

    • Chemicals & Toxins: Corrosive, toxic, or hazardous chemicals, and radioactive substances.

    • Batteries: High-capacity industrial batteries or damaged/leaking consumer batteries.

    B. Illegal & Regulated Goods

    • Weapons: Firearms, ammunition, knives, or weapons of any kind.

    • Controlled Substances: Illegal drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or any goods restricted or banned under Moroccan Law.

    C. Perishables & Bio-Hazards

    • Organic Matter: Raw or prepared food, open beverages, or any items prone to rotting, decay, or emitting strong odors.

    • Biological Waste: Medical waste, clinical hazards, or toxic biological matter.

    • Living Organisms: Any live animals, insects, or plants.

    D. High-Value Exclusions (Stored at User's Own Risk)

    Lock N Go lockers are intended for standard travel gear. D7 Solutions completely disclaims liability for high-value items. The following items must remain on your person and should not be stored in the lockers:

    • Large sums of currency or negotiable financial instruments.

    • Gold, silver, precious metals, or luxury jewelry.

    • Passports, identity documents, and original legal deeds/contracts.

  3. Right of Inspection & Access by Authorities

    • D7 Solutions / Lock N Go Reserves the Right to Inspect: To ensure public safety and operational integrity, D7 Solutions reserves the right to inspect any locker and its contents at any time, with or without the presence of the User.

    • Emergency Openings: If there is reasonable suspicion of hazardous, illegal, perishable, or prohibited content, D7 Solutions will open the locker immediately and notify local authorities (police, customs, or municipal security).

  4. Indemnification & Financial Liability

    • User Responsibility: The User is held fully and exclusively financially liable for all damages caused to the locker unit, the surrounding facility, D7 Solutions' property, or the property of other locker users resulting from the storage of prohibited items or improper use of the lockerwall.

    • Destruction of Property: Any prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items found inside a locker may be immediately removed, confiscated, or destroyed by D7 Solutions or law enforcement without compensation to the User.

  5. Abandonment Policy

    • Definition of Abandonment: Items left in a locker beyond the paid reservation duration without prior written notice or extension through the digital platform will be flagged.

    • 48-Hour Threshold: Any property left unclaimed for more than forty-eight (48) hours past the expired rental period will be considered legally abandoned.

    • Disposal & Costs: Abandoned items may be disposed of, destroyed, or handed over to local authorities at the absolute discretion of D7 Solutions. Any costs associated with the removal, storage, or disposal of abandoned property will be billed entirely at the User's expense.

  6. Surveillance and Security

    For the safety of all users and the protection of property, all Lock N Go locker zones are under 24/7 continuous video surveillance. Footage may be shared with local law enforcement authorities in the event of theft, vandalism, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

  7. Reporting, Support & Customer Service

    Users are contractually obligated to immediately report any mechanical errors, evidence of tampering, suspicious activity near the locker lockerwall, or technical issues.

  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of the Lock N Go services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
